Peer circle

A small group to share thoughts and talk with each other — people who also live with OCD, anxiety, or depression. This is lived-experience company, not group therapy, not a clinic, and not a crisis line.

One-to-one peer support

No circle is open yet

You can still leave your name. The founder will email you when a circle is scheduled.

Founder's role

The founder holds the circle: starts it, invites people, sets simple rules, and keeps talk kind and safe. They can share their own story and guide from lived experience.

They are not a therapist. They do not diagnose, treat, or take charge of anyone's recovery.

Circle agreement

  • This is peer education and company, not therapy and not a diagnosis
  • Share experience. Do not tell others what they “must” do to get better
  • No diagnosing each other
  • No pushing rituals, reassurance loops, or graphic details that can hook OCD
  • Do not record the call unless everyone agrees
  • What people share in the circle stays in the circle
  • If someone is in danger: emergency 112, AASRA 9820466726, iCall 9152987821
