What to ask for
- A clinician who treats OCD with ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention)
- RCI-registered clinical psychologist, or a psychiatrist for medicine decisions
- Someone who will not do endless reassurance or “thought stopping” as the main treatment

- Hospital psychiatry / clinical psychology departments (NIMHANS and state hospitals)
- IOCDF find-help and OCD specialist lists
- Your existing doctor for a referral — ask specifically for ERP
